BTP are looking for a driven and focused leading hand who highly values the safety of themselves and their work mates. The ideal candidate builds relationships, leads by example and finds satisfaction through mentoring their team. They facilitate and participate in workplace continuous improvement initiatives that deliver morale-boosting results for the team.
Reporting to the Rebuild Centre Supervisor as part of a front-line leadership team of 4, the successful candidate’s prime function will be to safely lead the Rebuild Centre team by providing guidance and assistance to mechanics, apprentices and trades persons to help deliver results smoothly and efficiently.
