BTP are looking for a driven and focused Supervisor who highly values the safety of themselves and their work mates. The ideal candidate builds relationships, leads by example and finds satisfaction through mentoring their team. Facilitates and participates in workplaces continuous improvement initiatives to deliver morale-boosting results for the team.
Reporting to the Equipment Workshop Manager, the successful candidate’s prime function will be to safely lead the workshop team by providing guidance and assistance to mechanics, apprentices and trades persons to help deliver results smoothly and efficiently.
