Creating Safe and Respectful Workplaces

Perenti is committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment because this is the way we can attract and retain capable people and support them to do great work. Our people are all different, so we also want to make our workplaces welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

In December 2021 Perenti launched the ‘It’s Not OK’ program aiming to promote a workplace that is free from harmful behaviours . We recognize sexual harassment, bullying and other harmful behaviours happen in our industry and in our workplaces which can have a negative impact on people.

We want to ensure we are taking all possible steps to prevent, report and effectively manage harmful behaviour. Everyone has the right to come to work and be free from harmful behaviours.

This program is supported by the Board, Group Executive Committee and leadership teams.
